About Us

The Century Club is widely applauded as the region’s premier dining destination, blending the confidence of a top-tier restaurant with the collegial ambience of a private dining club.  The club’s core strength is a classically trained culinary team, renowned for its artistry, versatility, and no-compromise policy: Everything served here is made here, from scratch, and with the finest ingredients. Personal access to this extraordinary culinary resource is a key advantage of club membership.  Planning private events is a creative and collaborative process, inspired by the visions of members. The Century Club culinary team -- fluent in traditional and contemporary cuisines -- delights in designing unique celebrations, ranging from intimate dinner parties to elegant weddings.  Celebratory dining events, open to all members, fill The Century Club calendar. Monthly restaurant nights pay homage to such culinary icons as Chez Panisse, NoMad, and the French Laundry.  Annual themed dinners are inspired by Beaujolais Nouveau, wild game, and other seasonal gastronomic highlights. For many, the club’s over-the-top Easter and Mother’s Day brunches are family traditions. But dining at The Century Club need not be a special indulgence. The club’s signature lunch and dinner service provides an almost-daily opportunity to pause the intensity of modern life, experience the lost art of gracious table service, and dine at a level that nourishes the spirit as well as the body.

Our Culinary Team
The Century Club’s nine-member, classically trained culinary team is renowned for its artistry, vision, and fluency in traditional and contemporary cuisines.  The first female chef to lead this team is Chef Debbie Sacco, who trained under the club’s past four executive chefs and personifies the club’s discerning taste and high professional standards. Grounded in French and American techniques – yet curious by nature -- Chef Debbie delights in researching and mastering regional and international dishes for special events at The Century Club. Apart from her culinary skills, she is deeply respected for developing and managing her culinary team, sourcing outstanding ingredients, and maintaining grace under pressure in the club’s busy kitchens. Chef Debbie is a member of the National Chefs Association and is approaching the designation of Certified Executive Chef.
