Our Culinary Team
The Century Club’s nine-member, classically trained culinary team is renowned for its artistry, vision, and fluency in traditional and contemporary cuisines. The first female chef to lead this team is Chef Debbie Sacco, who trained under the club’s past four executive chefs and personifies the club’s discerning taste and high professional standards. Grounded in French and American techniques – yet curious by nature -- Chef Debbie delights in researching and mastering regional and international dishes for special events at The Century Club. Apart from her culinary skills, she is deeply respected for developing and managing her culinary team, sourcing outstanding ingredients, and maintaining grace under pressure in the club’s busy kitchens. Chef Debbie is a member of the National Chefs Association and is approaching the designation of Certified Executive Chef.
